As part of our speak-up culture, Nanosonics encourages its employees and third party representatives to provide feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement opportunities as well as report ethical concerns and reportable conduct. Contact a People Leader, People and Culture, Legal, or submit a report via the Nanosonics Speak Up platform, Whispli.

Any current or former Nanosonics officer, employee, supplier, contractor or consultant (including any of their employees) can submit a report.

The Nanosonics Whispli platform is an independently managed, confidential online service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in multiple languages. Concerns may be reported anonymously through the platform.

Nansonics Speak Up Platform

The Nansonics Speak Up Platform is a confidential online platform hosted externally by Whispl.

Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, this service provides associates and third parties an opportunity submit reports regarding potential ethics or conduct concerns.       

Nanosonics Speak Up Platform, Whispli, is a comprehensive and confidential portal enabling our employees and third parties to provide suggestions and feedback and is also a tool to assist Nanosonics to address fraud, unethical behaviour, and other reportable conduct in the workplace, all while cultivating a positive work environment.

Nanosonics encourages suggestions aligned to our core values that will support and strengthen our inclusive and safe culture and help us continuously improve as an organisation.

Depending on your suggestion or feedback this may be triaged to another part of the organisation for review or actioning. Where possible the relevant party will provide a response to you on the outcome.

Individuals should report any reportable conduct as outlined in our Speak Up Policy

Reports are entered directly to a secure server to prevent any possible breach in security. Whispli makes reports of reportable conduct available only to specific investigation officers within the company who evaluate the report, based on the type of information reported. These individuals are trained on investigation procedures and confidentiality.

The Whispli system is designed to protect you. We are committed not to pursue a reporter’s identity.

There is a section in Whispli where you may identify yourself.

Whispli provides functionality that enables company investigation officers to post questions for you, even if you report anonymously. We strongly suggest you check to see if any questions have been posted. Providing the opportunity for such dialogue means situations may not only be identified but can also be resolved, no matter how complex.
