1.2  We collect your personal information for the purposes of:

(a)  conducting performance analysis and reporting as part of providing you with technical and customer support services when you use our products and services;

(b)  providing you with technical information about our products and services;

(c)  providing you with training and certification regarding our products and services; and

(d)  responding to your enquiries.

1.3  We collect your information directly from you via your user interactions when you fill in an online contact form or online enquiry form, register for access to protected parts of our website, and to the extent you input your personal information when using our products and services (including when using our trophon devices).

1.4  If you have submitted an enquiry via our website, we will not disclose your personal information except in accordance with clause 1.6 below.

1.5  If you have provided us with your personal information on our training website or if you have provided your personal information when using our trophon devices, we may disclose your personal information to your professional society, your associated facility or clinic in which our products and services are being used and in accordance with clause 1.6 below.

1.6  We may disclose your personal information to regulators, auditors, supervisory bodies (and other similar bodies involved in the prevention, detection, investigation or remedying of seriously improper conduct or prescribed conduct), and service providers (including those to whom we outsource technical servicing and repairs and certain of our information technology functions), professional and legal advisers, and our other related bodies corporate including in the US, the United Kingdom, France, Germany and Japan.

1.7  If you do not provide personal information to us as requested, it may affect your ability to access certain parts of our website and product information, we may not be able to respond to your enquiries, or provide you with training or information about our products and services, which may impact your use of our products and services.
